I just read a news headline on CBS news.

2 out of 3 Americans do NOT wash their hands.

All I can say is....

I was to lazy to read the whole article. (I am at work after all)

It always disgusts me when I'm in a public washroom and I see people leave without washing their hands. It's so gross. They are probably the same people who would pick their noses and not wash their hands afterwards. I am so glad my mom taught me wash up.

A woman named Ms. Li, crashed her car in Hohhot, China. No, she wasn't drinking. No, she didn't fall asleep at the wheel. Are you ready for the reason?????

She was giving her dog a driving lesson. (Yes, you read that right!) According to her, her dog was fond of watching her drive...so she decided to let the dog have a go. Me thinks she needs to go back on her medication. Needless to say, they didn't get far before crashing into an oncoming vehicle.

I think that is absolutely ridiculous!! First of all, Mel Gibson has already apologized and has met with Jewish leaders to see how he can make up for some of the hurt he has caused by his drunken comments. Yes, he was wrong. He's admitted it. Second....the movie is not Anti-Semitic! I've seen it. It portrays the story fairly accurately. Jesus was a Jew. The movie isn't about ...oh, look at the Jews they are horrid people. It's about, what Jesus went through. My view of the movie, was that people...not Jews, people...were afraid of him, so they tried to destroy him. Whether or not you believe that Jesus was the Christ, a man named Jesus was cruicified. It's his story. I don't see Germans complaining that 'Schindlers List' is Anti-Germanic. It's a movie depicting a piece of history. It's not about who was right or who was wrong...it's about showing the world our history. Not German, Jewish or Roman history...the world's history!

Get over it and stop trying to play the 'poor me' card.

Dope

I don't mean dope as in pot. I mean dope as in idiot. Who's the idiot? That would be me. I've been sick the last few days, so my brain isn't quite up to snuff. I was laying down on the couch with my little princess. She came down and laid on my hip. So I'm petting her, and petting her, and petting her some more. (I'm a cheap brush) And I noticed, a build up of hair around her shoulders. The garbage was simply too far! So I picked the hair up, and dropped it on the floor instead. Sick = lazy. I was fully expecting to vaccuum it up later. However...

It took a full 60 seconds to realize that I had put my glass of orange juice on the floor. hmmm. So I look down, sure enough...either I dropped the dog hair into my orange juice or my ice was growing fur. Ick! But I have a wonderful best friend who went and got me some new orange juice...in a new cup ... sans dog hair.

I'd like to think I learned my lesson ... but I think I know better.
